Symptoms

Reference to the IB service SCC_USERREG is causing an error: "Metadata contains a reference that cannot be resolved: 'https://.../SCC_ENTITY_CONSTITUENT.V1.xsd'. The value for the 'ref' attribute is invalid - 'SAD_PSAT/NMSQT' is an invalid value for the 'ref' attribute."
