Goal
1.) Can PeopleSoft Cloud Manager be deployed using DbaaS (Database as as Service) or ATP (Autonomous Database for Transaction Processing)? If not, what is the roadmap in providing this feature?
2.) Also, is there a separate Oracle DB license needed when deploying Cloud Manager?
