Symptoms

Erroneous character - "?" - appearing on PDF of Academic Report. instead of a dot: ?Courses: 6.00 Required, 4.00 used, 2.00 needed.

  1. Home > Academic Advisement > Student Advisement > Request Advisement Report
  2. Add a New Value: enter EMPLID, Academic Institution, and Report Type (= ADV)
  3. Select Process Request pushbutton
  4. Select View Report as PDF pushbutton
  5. Note '?' instead of bullet point.
