Symptoms

Reopen PO's process is stuck on SQL from UPG_GL_KK.uSrcLn2.Step01 called from PO_POREOPEN.ROPN5500 after applying Bug 21027568.

Steps:
1.Apply Bug 21027568
2.Purchasing > Purchase Orders > Reconcile POs > Reopen POs, create run control with below parameters checked -
[X] Check Last Close PO Run
[X] Check Open with Specified Account Date
[X] Check Reopen Associated Requisitions?
3.run the PO_POREOPEN process
