Information in this document applies to any platform.
There was the need in Accounts Rceivables to determine if someone can delete the attachments on the AR/Payments/Regular Deposit - attachments link of payments page & Collections Workbench/ Conversation tab/attachments tab.
PeopleSoft is the system of record for these transactions and customers don't want attachments deleted unless by certain permission list or roles.
This is defined in security and assigned to the individuals who have that security. If this setting was at setup level, then customers can choose if they want this capability or not.
