EAR 9.2: The Automatic Maintenance Process (AR_AUTOMNT) Creates a Maintenance Group Even Though All Conditions Do Not Match. (Doc ID 2933711.1)

The Automatic Maintenance process (AR_AUTOMNT) creates a maintenance group even though all conditions do not match.

1. Set up an auto maintenance method which has two conditions to match, ITEM = Document id and Division = Division. (Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Product Related > Receivables > Credit/Collections > Automatic Maintenance Methods)
2. Create one debit item ABC with the amount of 100 USD, Division as 123 and a credit item XYZ with -100 USD with Document field value as ABC, Division as 456 (this matches the amount and ITEM = Document but the division does not match.
3. Run auto maintenance (AR_AUTOMNT). ( Receivables > Receivable Maintenance > Auto Maintenance > Request Auto Maintenance)
4: The message log shows one group created with 2 items.
