Symptoms
When attempting to add a new budget to a project budget, the following error is received.
Replication Steps:
- Navigate to Grants > Awards > Project Budgets.
- Select a project that already has a budget.
- Add a new budget line.
- Click Save and an error message pops up online.
Changes
Upgrading to PUM 45. The issue is not seen in PUM 46
