E-AE: Some Application Engine Processes Crash Randomly if Process Monitor's "Auto-Refresh" Feature is Enabled (Doc ID 2934338.1)

Symptoms

After enabling "Auto-Refresh", some Application Engine (AE) processes (e.g. AE_IN_FUL_RLS) randomly run to crash/error status. If restarted, the process may run to success. Process Monitor shows that the process remains in a running state, and clicking on the details shows the error below.

Steps to replicate:

1. Enable "Auto-Refresh" Feature in Process Monitor.

2. Run AE programs through process scheduler.

3. Monitor the programs, looking for programs that run longer than normal.

4. Click on the Details link of one of the programs. Then, click on the "Message Log" link in the new window, and observe the error message shown above.

Changes

 Site enabled "Auto-Refresh".
