When attempting to add or change anything is Bio Demo data and save, a component interface fails with
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 Open the page Campus Community > Person Information Student > Add and update a person.
2. Select to add a new phone number or a birthday or make any changes on page .
3. Save and see CI_PERSONAL_DATA Fails with Error '(1000, 169) "Country must be specified to enter a Name".
