Symptoms
W-2c PDF shows blank employee's first name, last name and company's address (city, state and zip code).
1. Set up the W-2cs according to the Year End Guide.
2. Navigate to Payroll for North America > U.S. Annual Processing > W-2 Adjustments > Create W-2c US/Territories and enter the corrections needed.
3. Navigate to Payroll for North America >U.S. Annual Processing > W-2c Reporting > Create W-2c PDF Forms to create the W-2cs PDF forms.
