Goal

During the Aid Year setup, the summer term was incorrectly defined as an Academic Award Period, when it should have been defined as non-standard.

Due to the setup, the budgets for summer are being added in to the Academic Award Period and the Non-Standard Need Summary is blank.

How can the budgets be rebuilt so that summer is no longer included in the Academic Award Period, but updated for the non-standard award period in an automated fashion?
