Symptoms
After applying PRP 34269438 UPDATE TO CONS STATS PROCESSING FOR NSC ENRL STATUS AND CIP CODE REPORTING ,the following error occurs:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply PRP 34269438 UPDATE TO CONS STATS PROCESSING FOR NSC ENRL STATUS AND CIP CODE REPORTING
2. Set up new requirement tables, etc per Supplemental Document for PRP: Bug 34269438 - UPDATE TO CONS STATS PROCESSING FOR NSC ENRL STATUS AND CIP CODE REPORTING (Doc ID 2916886.1)
3. Navigate to the Student Clearinghouse -> Student Consolidated Stats page
4. Note error message when querying a student
