Unable To Change Program On Existing Enrollments After A Program Change. (Doc ID 2935477.1)

Symptoms

When processing a Program Change on the Student Program/Plan component, customers are unable to associate existing enrollments to the new program code using Normal Maintenance in Quick Enroll. Enrollments added following the program change are associated with the old program code, and the field is greyed out so cannot be updated.

  1. Add a course to a student in Quick Enroll.
  2. Process a program change to this same student.
  3. Go to Quick Enroll and in Normal Maintenance and try to link class to new program.
  4. Field is grayed out and the previous program defaults in.
