Benefits Snapshot Assigns Incorrect Original Enrollment Date In Benefits Snapshot to Termination Records
(Doc ID 2936081.1)
Last updated on JANUARY 26, 2024
Applies to:
PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM Benefits Administration - Version 9.2 to 9.2 [Release 9]Information in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
The Benefit Snapshot assigns the earliest enrollment date in a Plan rather than the earliest continuous enrollment date in the Plan as the Original Enrollment Date when an employee's enrollment is terminated; that is, the earliest enrollment date is used regardless of intervening terminations of coverage or enrollment in other plans.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Run the Refresh Benefit Snapshot process (Navigation: Benefits > Interface with Providers > Refresh Benefit Snapshot).
2. Check the results for an employee who has had multiple periods of coverage interspersed with periods of terminated coverage or enrollment in another plan (Navigation: Benefits > Interface with Providers > Review Snapshot Information).
