Symptoms

UCAS: SAD_UC_TRAN process is producing an error: Processing Transaction: System: UCAS, PersId: xxxxxxxxx, Appcode : UC05, ChoiceNo: 1, TranType: RD (14250,27)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Student Admissions > UCAS Processing > Transaction Processing > Transaction Processing
2. "UTT - Generate Transactions" selected on the run control. The process fails with error.
