E-PG: Pivot Grid Filters Are Not Showing More Than 10 Values. (Doc ID 2936667.1)

Symptoms

Pivot Grid Filters are not showing more than 10 Values though filter contains more than 10 facets.

Clicking on more shows only initial 10 values.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login PIA
2. Navigate to Pivot Grid Viewer, open any Pivot Grid which has more than 10 facets.
3. Go to filters, notice that Pivot Grid Filters showing 10 Values only. Click on more, still shows 10 facets.
