EPY: Suppress Direct Deposit Advice Print not Working for Employees Entering First Direct Deposit Account (Doc ID 2936720.1)

ESS direct Deposit shows that a paper copy of advice will be created

Employee is not expecting Advice to be printed because the Suppress Direct Deposit Print has been selected


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to: Set Up HCM> Product Related> Payroll for North America> Payroll Processing Controls> Direct Deposit Controls> Direct Deposit Controls check Suppress Direct Deposit Print
2. Employee adds a new Direct Deposit account in Employee Self Service
3. It shows that an advice will be printed and sent to their home
4. Direct Deposit prints even though it has been suppressed
