Symptoms

When the user attempts to create a course list, duplicate course list Id's appeared in the lookup.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Main Menu > Academic Advisement > Academic Requirements > Define Course Lists
  2. Click Add a New Value
  3. Enter Course List Description, Course List Details 
  4. Save the Changes
  5. Click on Find an Existing Value and Search the Course
  6. Duplicate Results appeared in the Lookup
