Toggling Tabs On the Student Service Center Takes User Back to Search Page On Tools 8.60.xx (Doc ID 2937122.1)

Symptoms

On Campus Solutions 9.2.027 and higher with PeopleTools 8.60.xx,  from the Student Services Center the user is not taken to a Tab page but is returned to the Search page.

It is expected the desired Tab page will open.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Campus Community > Student Services Center
  2. Search for an emplid and Drill In
  3. From the Student Center tab click the General Info tab
  4. Click the Student Center tab and the Search page is opened



Changes

This issue is caused by a code change in PeopleTools from 8.59.xx to 8.60.xx
