When adding Manage Job Fluid Component (HC_HR_JOB_DATA_SUM_FL_GBL) in a custom navigation collection, the manage job Fluid page Spins and does not Load.

After adding it to the custom navigation collection, the test the content reference link in the page does not load appropriately.

Steps to replicate the issue:

1. Created a Navigation collection for Fluid Job data – Manage Job and publish it as a tile: Navigation : Peopletools > Portal > Portal Utilities > Add Manage Job Navigation collection : HC_HR_JOB_DATA_SUM_FL_GBL
2. Click on the Manage Job tile
Notice: It is continuously spinning , no content is displayed
3. Create Navigation collection: Peopletools > Portal > Portal Utilities > Add Manage Job Navigation collection
4. Create a Tile for this navigation collection in the Peopletools tile wizardNavigation: Main Menu > PeopleTools > Portal > Tile Wizard
Notice: After adding it to the custom navigation collection, the test content reference link on the page does not load appropriately.
