Symptoms
When deleting a row of time by time period, the "Are you sure you want to delete this row of reported time for the period XXX - YYY" is reflecting the incorrect time period. It seems to show the week, no matter what period is chosen (e.g. biweekly or monthly). The delete does actually delete the entire time period, seems just the message is incorrect.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: Enter Time > View By Period (something other than one week period) to see time that was previous submitted
2. When deleting a row of time by time period, the "Are you sure you want to delete this row of reported time for the period XXX - YYY" is reflecting the incorrect time period.
