Symptoms
When reviewing an Extended Absence Request entry, on the Fluid Approval Tile, the FMLA Eligibility link is not displayed the first time after clicking to view the approval details.
However, by returning to the search results from the Fluid Approval Tile and then clicking on the initial request or any other request, the FMLA Eligibility link is displayed as it should.
Steps to replicate the issue:
1) Navigate to Employee Self Service Homepage >Request Extended Absence Tile> Request Extended Absence and validate eligibility.
2) Save and Submit a request for workflow routing.
3) Log in as an approver, navigate to Manager Self Service Homepage, and open Pending Approval Tile.
4) Search for the Extended Absence requested by the employee and open it.
5) Notice that the FMLA Eligibility link is not displayed.
