Symptoms
While using a mobile device,to create a requisition, the Checkout button is displayed in the middle of the page
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Click on Create Requisition Tile
2. Add an Item
3. The CheckOut button displays in the middle of the page.
