Health Benefits Page Times Out When Searching for Employee In French Canadian Language (Doc ID 2938422.1)

Symptoms

When searching for any EMPLID using the English Navigation, the page loads correctly: Main >Benefits >Enroll in Benefits >Health Benefits.
However, when searching for EMPLID using the corresponding French Canadian Navigation, the page times out.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to HCM application using French Canadian Language.
  2. Go to Principal >Avantages Sociaux > Inscription Avantages Sociaux > Assurance-maladie.
  3. Enter EMPLID and click search.
