SFP: Running Process SFP Messages for SAFI Produces ' ##(INVALID_XML) Content is not allowed in prolog.' After Upgrade to PeopleTools 8.60 (Doc ID 2938460.1)

Symptoms

When send SAFI messages to SFP, the process succeeded on CS side, but failed in SFP, receiving a XML invalid error.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Campus Community > Student Fin Planning Interface > Process SFP Messages.
  2. Observe the 'Validation errors: # # (INVALID_XML) Content is not allowed in prolog.' error in message monitor.

Changes

 Upgrade to PeopleTools 8.60
