Access Code Is Not Getting Updated When Sending New User Invitation And System Still Using Old Access Code (Doc ID 2939030.1)

Symptoms


When generating a new access code for New User then sending new invitation to the supplier user, system still using the old access code.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to : Sourcing> Sourcing administration > Bidder Registration Template Setup, Choose the New user template.
  2. Press on the "Generate Randomized Code" link and note down the newly generated access code.
  3. Now navigate to > Supplier > Supplier Registration > Manage Invitations and search for existing invitation (Must be existing, Newly created invitation is working fine).
  4. Send the invitation to the supplier user and notice that the access code is the old code.
