Symptoms

After upgrading to 8.60.02, homepage/login page of PeopleSoft is not rendering properly on both Chrome and Edge browsers:

Upgraded to PT8.60.02 and the page is not rendering properly, this is occurring on both Edge and Chrome Browsers.



This issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade to 8.60.02
2. Page does not properly render


Changes

 Upgrade to PT 8.60.02 and new Certificates added.
