Symptoms
When sending an outbound REST HTTP GET request to an https web site using the service operations tester, the following errors are seen.
Performing the same test using Postman (3rd party testing tool) is successful.
Steps to replicate:
1. Create the REST service.
2. Send the HTTP GET request, and observe the errors above.
