E-AWE: The 'FormApproval' Process ID does not Appear in the Approval Tile Until Added to the Fluid Approval Setup Page (Doc ID 2939085.1)

Goal

The FormApproval Process ID does not appear in the Approval Tile until added to Mobile Approval Options (pre - PT 8.59) or Fluid Approvals Setup page (for PT 8.59 and PT 8.60).
On the other hand, EOFM/Forms are listed by default. After checking the Demo database, all the workflows used are found on the Mobile Approval Options page (Navigation: Enterprise Components > Approvals > Approvals > Mobile Approval Options) except for FormApproval.
Why isn't FormApproval included in Demo?
