EPY: CAN Change In Fields on Canadian Record Of Employment (ROE) (Doc ID 2939776.1)

Service Canada has published an updated document “How to Complete the Record of Employment Form”. There are some fields that need changing as per this documentation.

From Page 42 of the new PDF form:

Even though this type of supplement is not a formal Supplemental Unemployment Benefit (SUB) plan, if you are using ROE Web
online, select “SUB plan benefits” in Block 17C. If you are using a paper ROE, enter “Supplement to maternity, parental,
compassionate care or Family Caregiver leave” in Block 17C. Neither the amount nor the date is required

Also, in the Peoplesoft payroll documentation Box 11 for the ROE is referenced as “Last Day for Which Paid” which matches what Service Canada has on their site about the ROE form. The heading on the ROE Data 1 page is “Last Date Worked”. The field labels should be updated to match.
