Symptoms

Spreadsheet Journal Import using SpeedType by Operator ID works, but not by Permission List.
Importing journal using speedtype results to error.

Error:

Steps to replicate:

1. Create SpeedType by Permission List.  ((Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Common Definitions > Design Chartfields > Define Values > Define Speed Type)
2. Use JRNL1_WS template and populate details, including SpeedType.
3. Import Now. Error is received.
4. Using same journal, use Write to File feature and save the journal file.
5. Log in as the User assigned with the Permission List. Attach the file for import.  GL_EXCL_BATC process errors.
