Goal
Planning on migrating from PeopleSoft to Oracle HCM and as part of the cut over we want to change check date to the same date as pay period end date, below is the scenario:
Normally pay period end date of 06/30 will have a check date of 07/06 which falls into the next quarter.
To avoid mid quarter balance conversion into the new system, we are planning changing the check date to 06/30 same as the pay period end date.
Is there any systemic issues with this approach?
