Looking to expand the Budget and Incumbents group box when accessing Fluid View Position Page.

This feature could have been achieved by creating a Related Content Event mapping to expand the group box by using field property DataAreaCollapsed=False in PeopleCode.

However, this cannot be achieved, because Group Box for subpage POS_DT3_BUDV_SBF does not have a fieldname.
