GP MEX - Payee Data: Incorrect SDI Record Generation Due To Salary Increase. (Doc ID 2940124.1)

Symptoms

For the year 2023, new data for the GPMX_SDI_FACTOR table (Christmas Bonus, Vacations, Vacations Premium and SDI Factor) for payment groups was registered with an effective date of 01/01/2023.
When any salary increase is made for employees from Data put effective January 2023, the SDI record created takes the old value without respecting the new data.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Navigate to Set Up HCM > Product Related > Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Framework > Organizational > Pay Groups MEX > Xmas, Vac, Premium, SDI Factor.  1/1/23 new data for the GPMX_SDI_FACTOR table (Christmas Bonus, Vacations, Vacations Premium and SDI Factor) for payment groups was registered with an effective date of 01/01/2023.

2. New phase is added in the data module put with effdt of 09/01/2023 with action: Pay Rate Change and reason: Grade Step Promotion 3. Employee has a seniority of 36 years and the correct value of SDIThe SDI
should be recorded but it takes the old value without respecting the new data.
