Class Search Incorrect When Apostrophe Is Used, As In Women's Search

Symptoms
When searching for a course that the title contains an apostrophe (ie Women's), only one course is returned.
If you search Womens, multiple courses are returned
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Fluid Class Search -> Manages Classes -> Class Search and Enroll, search for a course that the title contains an apostrophe
2. Note number of courses returned
3. Search again using the title without an apostrophe
4. Note the number of courses returned
