Symptoms

After upgrading to PeopleTools (PT) 8.59, when a PSSpreadsheet type object is created, a rowset containing many rows is assigned to it, and then saved, only the header values and the first row of the rowset are written out. Prior to the upgrade from PT 8.57, the same PeopleCode wrote the entire rowset to file.
