Symptoms

When packaging or repackaging a student online or in batch, the posting process errors with the following message:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Financial Aid --> Awards --> Awarding --> Assign Awards to Student or Financial Aid --> Awards --> Mass Packaging/Repackaging --> Assign and Process Batch Packaging
2. For online Enter a Packaging Plan or enter item types manually, click validate and post
3. For the batch process, run the Assign Repackaging Plans, then Process Batch Repackaging.
4. Review the results of both actions.
