Symptoms
After adding LM_PERSON_ID and OPRID as fields on the form, when use the form through the application and enter text into LM_PERSON_ID or OPRID and tab out of the field the text gets cleared out.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as an Administrator
2. configured a form from the navigation Enterprise Components > Supplemental Data > Define Record
3. Then, access the Form and enter value in LM_PERSON_ID or OPRID and tab out, notice that the text is cleared out of the field.
