HCM: Rescheduling Courses When the New Schedule Conflicts with Student's Current Class Schedule.

Symptoms
If reschedule a Course Session for a class to a different time and the new time conflicts with a student's currently enrolled in other class, Administrator does not get a warning or error message.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as an Administrator
2. Navigate to the Administer Training, Course Session Profile setup
3. select a class where employees are enrolled and check rescheduled checkbox
4. Change the Start Date and End Date to dates for another Class that a Learner is enrolled.
5. {click} Save button and notice do not receive an error or warning message that an enrolled Learner is already enrolled another Class for the same date and time frame.
