Symptoms
When creating sourcing event, Bidder Search Limits Max rows retrieved to 999 and throws below error if more than 999 bidders found.
Steps to Reproduce the Issue:
1. Create a sourcing event from Sourcing > Create Events > Create Event Details.
2. Go to Invite Bidders page and click on search for bidders.
3. Set Maximum rows retrieved to 999 and click on search.
4. System throws error if there are bidders more than 1000.
