E-AWE: Pending Approval Requests do not Have an Approve, Deny, Pushback or Hold Button in the Fluid Approvals Tile

Symptoms
When using the Fluid Approvals tile, Pending Approval requests, for example, Form Approvals do not have a Deny button, only an Approve button. Yet, if accessed via the Worklist (which opens the Classic page), Form Approvals has a Deny button.

1. Log in as any user with the appropriate approval role.
2. Click the Approvals Tile.
3. Select one of the approval items. For this example, select a Forms Approval request.
4. The Approve button shows, but the Deny or Hold buttons are missing.
