HCM: Nominate an Employee is Not Working in ePerformance and Evaluation for Others Count is Zero (0) (Doc ID 2941764.1)

After a manager adds an employee as an evaluation nomination to another employee's evaluation, when the nominated employee logs in to accept the nomination from Evaluation for Others, the count is zero(0), which indicates no evaluation is available.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Log in as a Manager
  2.  From navigation, Manager Self Service tile > Team Performance > {select an employee}
  3.  Nominate an employee and confirmation nomination submitted
  4.  Have the employee that was nominated log in with his/her User ID
  5.  Then, navigate to fluid Employee Self Service, click Performance tile, and notice Evaluation for Others is zero (0), no documents available.
