E-CRM: Link From 360-Degree Does Not Open in a New Window Based on Action Category Configuration (Doc ID 2942279.1)

Symptoms

When the action category is defined to open in a new window, it opens in the same window from the 360-Degree view.

Issue can be reproduced with below steps

1. Create a new Action Category (Set Up CRM > Common Definitions > 360-Degree View > Define Action Category); "Open in New Window" checkbox has to be selected on the "Action Category" page.
2. Create a new related Action (Set Up CRM > Common Definitions > 360-Degree View > Define Action)
3. Go to 360-Degree view and select the newly created Action from the Actions drop-down box and then click the Go button, Action should open in a new window as it has been selected on the Action Category page. But, it opens in the same window.
