Symptoms

When attempting to boot the Web server domain using the PSADMIN menu, the domain comes up fine. But, the following error occurs on the screen:

Starting the domain [Domain Name].............
Server state changed to STARTING...............
Server state changed to STANDBY..
Server state changed to STARTING......................................
Server state changed to ADMIN..
Server state changed to RESUMING........
Server state changed to RUNNING..
Verifying domain status..
The domain has failed to start properly, please see the PIA_stdout log for details.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch PSADMIN menu. Select Web Server -> Administer a Domain -> Choose your domain.
2. Try to start the Web server domain to by choosing "Boot this Domain" to replicate the issue.
