EAM9.2: IntraUnit Transfer in AM Spreadsheet Upload Does Not Get Loaded. (Doc ID 2942513.1)

Symptoms

The Asset Transfer Spreadsheet Upload is not working.  There is no error message received.  Data is not being loaded to the PS_INTFC_FIN record.

Steps to replicate:

 1. Upload Asset via AM Spreadsheet Upload. (Asset Management > Send/Receive Information > Import Data via Spreadsheet)
 2. Run Load into AM (AMIF1000) process. (Asset Management > Send/Receive Information > Interface Transactions > Load into AM)
