Symptoms

The following error message occurs when trying to access the MDS Subscription page.

Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Navigate to Set Up HCM -> Product Related -> Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt -> System Settings -> MDS Subscription
2. The above error message occurs.
