E-PIA: After PT Upgrade To 8.60.02 Getting Error "Function 'onReadyState' Error'URLSearchParams' Is Undefined (Doc ID 2942878.1)

Symptoms

The sample site upgraded PeopleTools from PT 8.58.15 to PT 8.60.02 users get the following error when they search on a component search page.

Function 'onReadyState' Error'URLSearchParams' is undefined

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to PIA.

2. Navigate to PeopleTools > User Profiles > User Profile.

3. Search.

4. Observe the error.
