Symptoms
Enter Time for the punch users greys out previous and next links with Display Only access in PUM45.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Update employee's permission list security so that page TL_PCH_TIME_FLU is set to be “display only”
2. Log in as an punch time reporter - Time tile > Enter time tile
3. Enter time is in “display only' mode
4. Previous/ Next Arrows are grayed out in error.
