E-PIA: 'Xml Is Invalid' Error On The Zoom (Icon On The Grid) Modal Window After Clicking Return To Search Button (Doc ID 2943052.1)

When accessing the "Return to Search" button on the zoom (icon on the grid) modal window, it throws below error on the browser

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to PeopleTools -> Security -> User Profiles -> User Profiles
  2. Click on the Search button. This will open search results.
  3. Click on the Zoom icon on the grid. This opens a modal window
  4. Now click on any search result on the modal window and then press "Return to Search" button.

Note : Zoom icon is not applicable for Classic Plus Branding. Problem occurs only with Tangerine.

It throws "xml is invalid" error on the browser.



 Issue started after upgrading to 8.60 tools.
