Symptoms
COMPONENT.TL_TMPLT_DEFN (0,0) Message Popup While Creating Rule Template.
Steps to replicate:
1. Go to Set up HCM-> System Administration ->Utilities ->Build Time and Labor Rules -> Rule Template Definition
2. Open existing Template
3. Click Save As
4. Message pops up “Component.TL_TMPLT_DEFN (0,0)”.
